Lori's Family Photos II

Ahh, what a great feeling - seeing some great photos and knowing they are for such great people. It doesn't hurt that my sis-in-law Lori is the most awesome ever - growing up with just a brother, I didn't know how fabulous a sister could be.

Even though I'm here in my 35th week, I had a brainwave: Lori needed some updated family photos, and I needed to get out of the house to practice. BAM! Session booked. :)

Practice @ Tempe Town Lake

I got a new toy for my flash the other day, and needed some willing participants to help me break it in. My previous clients, Tara + Paul, were kind enough to lend me their time. I'm so happy with these shots - check out that light!

Moore Family Preview

This is my first time working with the Moore family, and I must say - little Riley gave me a run for my money! Luckily my fantastic hubby accompanied me as my assistant. We had a great time exploring Schnepf Farms. I hope to go back again with my own little one!

5 sessions in 8 days!

Needless to say, it's been a bit busy around here! I am so lucky to work with my amazing clients - and everyone's gearing up for the holiday card season with fresh family photos. Same thing goes in the Bagley house; I've got my cards all cued up. Now hopefully I can get them ordered in time!

As I'm racing around shooting and editing, I've been taking some time to reflect and be truly grateful for the opportunity to do what I love: help you capture images of your lovely family. I honestly couldn't think of what could be better.
